Jowe Head has his own band, The Demi-Monde. He has previously played in Swell Maps, Television Personalities, Bee Vamp, Palookas, Househunters, Olives Hairy Custard The Long Decline and Angel Racing Food. As well as making music, Jowe Head makes pictures! He works in acrylic paint on canvas, makes prints and reliefs, and some sculptures out of junk. Favourite artists: Max Ernst, Man Ray, Pablo Picasso, Paul Klee, Joan Miro, Louise Borgeouis, Hannah Hoch, Paula Rego, and countless anonymous artists from Africa, Central America, Ancient Egypt, Tibet, and so on.
