Reach Out, I'll Be There Lyrics

Now if you feel that you can't go on
As if all of your hope is gone
And your life filled with much confusion
Until happiness is just an illusion
And the world around is tumblin' downPeople, reach out
Come on, reach out with me
Reach out wth meJesus said that
I'll be there with the love that will shelter you
I'll be there with the love that will see you throughWhen you're alone and about to give up
'Cause your best just ain't good enough
And you feel the world has grown cold
And you're driftin' on all on your own
When you need a hand to holdPeople, reach out
Come on,y'all reach out with me
Reach out with meJesus said that
I'll be there with the love that will comfort you
I'll be there with the love that will see you throughI'll be there now, people, you can always count on me
Reach out, everybodyI can tell the way you hang your head

You're alone now, and you're afraid
Through your tears you look around
There's no peace of mind to be found
I know what you're thinking
You're alone now with no love of your ownPeople, reach out
Come on, y'all, reach out with me
Reach out with meJesus said that
I'll be there with the love that will shelter you
I'll be there with the love that will comfort youI'll be there now, people, you're always a friend of me
I'll be there with the love that will comfort youNo, run with me 'cause I'll be there, people
I will always shelter you
If you feel like you can't go on, People
