Rebound Lyrics

What's the reason you are so sad
I don't think that I have seen you frown like that
I thought that I made you smile
But I haven't seen you do that in a while
You say he called you
And he said he loves you still
In your eyes I see you miss him
Did you bring me in your life to help you deal?
Another night
Now I'm feeling down rebound
My heart can't help but frown rebound
There's enough to go around rebound
You know I love you you know I care
There is nothing I want more than to be there
The words I say come as a friend
'Cause it seems the world we share's about to end
Oh please be careful
Don't let your heart and mind stay at war

All the things that cause you pain
Well it seems they are all knocking at your door
Another night
Now I'm feeling down rebound
My heart can't help but frown rebound
There's enough to go around rebound
So I guess I'll go
Pick up the pieces where they fall
After all I have found
The choice that I have left is to rebound
Another night
Now I'm feeling down rebound
My heart can't help but frown rebound
There's enough to go around rebound
Rebound, rebound, rebound, rebound, rebound
Rebound, rebound, rebound, rebound, rebound, oh

The Blasters are an American rock and roll music group formed in 1979 in Downey, California, by brothers Phil Alvin (vocals and guitar) and Dave Alvin (guitar), with bass guitarist John Bazz and drummer Bill Bateman. Dave Alvin, the group's primary songwriter, left the band in 1986 for a critically-acclaimed solo career. He was initially replaced on guitar by Hollywood Fats (birth name: Michael L. Mann) who appeared with them at Farm Aid. Phil Alvin has led various incarnations of The Blasters intermittently since then, including a few reunion tours and live albums of the original lineup.
