Red Clay (feat. Freddie Hubbard & Joe Henderson) Lyrics

If you told me that you loved me I would feel so proud
Let me hold you honey, I'd holler out loud
Never love another even if I can
Come to me baby I'm a one woman manNow won't you love me baby just to kinda hang around
I'll always love you honey, I'll never let you down
Never love another even if I can
Come to me baby I'm a one woman manWell I'd climb the highest mountain if it reached the sky
To prove that I love you I'd jump off and fly
I'd even swim the ocean from shore to shore
To prove that I love you just a little bit moreAh won't you love me baby just to kinda hang around
I'll always love you honey, I'll never let you down
Never love another even if I can
Come to me baby I'm a one woman manNow won't you love me baby just to kinda hang around
I'll always love you honey, I'll never let you down
Never love another even if I can
Come to me baby I'm a one woman manCome to me baby I'm a one woman man
Come to me baby I'm a one woman man

Charles Earland (24 May 1941–11 December 1999) was an American jazz composer, organist, and saxophonist. Earland was born in Philadelphia, and learnt to play the saxophone at high school. He played tenor with Jimmy McGriff at the age of seventeen, and in 1960 started his first group. He started playing the organ after playing with Pat Martino, and joined Lou Donaldson's band from 1968 to 1969. The group that he led from 1970, including Grover Washington, was successful, and he eventually started playing soprano saxophone and synthesizer.
