Relax By the Shore Lyrics

1st Verse:
its 90 plus and the sun is full
the cloud coverage is next to nothing nil
and im thinking bout absolutely nothing
and im wondering why - why? that drink ain’t mine
mr bartender can i get a drink - im thirsty - parched please sir
mr bartender can i get a round - and keep em coming please sir
oh no hey no - why don’t you just chill out?
oh no we’re gonna party till the sun goes down
chorus:
relax by the shore
im a close my eyes and thank the Lord
that summertime is here in sight
i hope you realize
its in your eyes the sunsets quickly into night
2nd verse:

the waters bluer than the tropics
im gonna dance to the sound of my ice cubes rockin’
im gonna lean back in my chair
oh no i don’t care no if you don’t care
smooth smooth - smoother than the sound (clap clap-eh)
so familiar now
cuz we do what we can
we do what we can and we do it right now
Bridge:
relax by the shore - we’re not alone we’re not the only ones
and we can take it slow - nowhere to go until the day is
we gonna jam when the sun goes down
but in the mean time right now we’ll relax down
by the shore - by the bay - by the ocean
so baby lets playm a relax - down by the shore
cuz im a relax - thankful for something more

From Miami to the Keys - It was the trip that sparked the formation of Waverland during the spring of 2007. Long time friends Ryan Kuhnlein and Justin McIver decided to write an anthem for their Florida trip only days before embarking. This song would later come to be known as the title track to their debut album - Visit Our Fascinations. What started out as something that was just for fun ended up being something that everyone of all ages enjoyed.
