Release Lyrics

Advisory - the following lyrics contain explicit language:
Crawling through these streets at night
Can't stand looking at the lights
Voices ringing in my head
Should I keep living or playing deadAs I watch this life disappear
Salvation is my only fear
Underneath it all has to end
Echoing sounds of hell never endThe endless void of slime and grief
There's no sign of release
As the heavens begin to fail
In the sewers we all prevailThere is no hope as we decay

Our final memories start to frayAs I watch this life disappear
Salvation is my only fear
Underneath it all has to end
Echoing sounds of hell never endRelease me from this burning halo
There is no lifeline in the darkest hour
And there is no savior for absolute power

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Front Line Assembly are Bill Leeb (vocals, synthesizers) and Rhys Fulber (synthesizers and samplers), one of many groups formed by the prolific Vancouver, Canada-based duo. After working in the mid-'80s under the pseudonym Wilhelm Schroeder with Skinny Puppy, the Austrian-born Leeb formed the industrial/ebm-based Front Line Assembly in 1986 with Fulber -- who initially joined on as a studio assistant -- and synth player Michael Balch.
