Repressed (Feat 6. Matt Tuck & Max Cavalera) Lyrics

I traveled the way that you showed me
Left all my sorrow behind
I'm living with rules you once told me
Expecting myself to be fineSo why the fuck am I lonely?
There's no one inside I can call
To give up the fight is a warning
The one day to stand you will fallI left my sorrow behind
Warning not to give up the fightYour words that gave me direction
Helped me turn into what I thought I wanted
Fists that gave me protection
Helped me deal with you
So for now our days are throughNothing left
Nothing rests
Nothing graspYou declared what your faith is
But you still have the fear
The way you've left your life open
Will no bring your destiny hereDo I continue my journey?
Confusion is wrapped in my mind

So when your gone with your martyr
You can continue your liesYour words that gave me direction
Helped me turn into what I thought I wanted
Fists that gave me protection
Helped me deal with you
So for now our days are throughI left my sorrow behind
I left my sorrow behind
Warning not to give up the fight
Warning not to give up the fightYou declared what your faith is
But you still have the fear
I will continue my journey
I need your lies no moreYour words that gave me direction
Helped me turn into what I thought I wanted
Fists that gave me protection
Helped me deal with you
So for now our days are throughNothing left
Nothing rests
Nothing graspNever underrate the man
With nothing left inside
Never underrate the man
With nothing left inside

Apocalyptica is a band from Helsinki, Finland consisting of three classically-trained cellists and a drummer. Their speciality is heavy metal music on cellos, though they also play classical music. They started in 1993 by playing covers of Metallica, but once the concept became popular they wrote their own original works, maintaining the thrash metal influences on their albums Inquisition Symphony (mainly covers as well) and Cult. Since Reflections they have added drums to their recordings and live performances.
