Right On Frankenstein Lyrics

I dig my own graves lately
I don't need any help
Just let me sit here quiet
In the earth by myselfI don't wanna die but I wanna be buried
Leave me at the gates of the cemeteryI been a zombie lately
I got nothin' to say
Always too much talkin'
Not enough eatin' brainsI don't wanna die but I wanna be buried
Leave me at the gates of the cemetery
I'll wait here till I'm readyAll my life
I've been waitin' for you, not waitin' to find out
Nothing's new
It's the same old song, just a different tuneRight on Frankenstein
You've risen the dead!
Lazarus pushed the stone off
Winced and went back to bedI don't wanna die but I wanna be buried
Leave me at the gates of the cemeteryYou see the beast inside me
He pushes he shoves

Sensitive thugs need hugs
So why do I get no love?
I'll wait here till I'm readyAll my life
I've been waitin' for you, not waitin' to find out
Nothing's new
It's the same old song, just a different tuneRight on, Frankenstein
You don't believe in ghosts!
Lightning strikes the body
And that is life to most

Death from Above 1979 are the Toronto-based duo of Jesse F. Keeler on bass/synths and Sebastien Grainger on vocals/drums. Refusing to employ a lead guitarist, they played loud synth infused dance punk on the drum and bass combination alone. Originally named just "Death From Above", the duo changed their name after a legal dispute with New York City dance-punk label Death From Above (known as DFA Records since the September 11, 2001 attacks).
