Ring da Bell Lyrics

I've been talkin' to
Some friends of mine
About you boy
They say you're about to have a childWhen you gonna tell me 'bout it
Saw the chick you sleepin' with
Now you gotta deal with it
Hope you found happinessI found myself in such a mess
With you
And I put way too much love into you
Thought that one day we'll be trueAnd time after time
I stuck with you
But now I'm too through
'Cause I've been the foolSittin' 'round too long
Think it's about time that I
Ring da bell
And carry onForgave you before
But it's too far gone
I think it's 'bout time that I

Ring da bellAnd move along
You said it was a mistake
On the night I saw her laid
Must have been some pure affectionBoy, you didn't have protection
Had to think of me but you did never see
Yourself in this predicament
You never thought that I would catch up with youI put way too much love into you
Thought that one day we'll be true
And time after time
I stuck with youBut now I'm too through
'Cause I've been the fool
Sittin' 'round too long
Think it's about time that IRing da bell
And carry on
Forgave you before
But it's too far goneI think it's 'bout time that I
Ring da bell
And move along
'Cause I've been the foolSittin' 'round too long
Think it's about time that I
Ring da bell
And carry onForgave you before
But it's too far gone
I think it's 'bout time that I
Ring da bellAnd move along
Never forget the way you treated me
I gave you everything (I gave you everything)
So hurt to sayYou didn't tell me
'Cause I've been the fool
Sittin' 'round too long
Think it's about time that IRing da bell
And carry on
Forgave you before
But it's too far goneI think it's 'bout time that I
Ring da bell
And move along
