Rock 'N' Roll Winter (Loony's Tune) Lyrics

It's a wonderful rock ‘n' roll winter, baby
It's so sad to leave you cryin' in the rain
Silly girl, those drops won't mend your heart again
If your most important things don't go your way
Come on, come on, come on
Let's save the day
Oh, we're gonna make some rock ‘n' roll this winter
Now my teenage heart has said hello to you
Oh, there's gonna be some rock ‘n' roll this winter
It's a wonderful rock ‘n' roll winter, baby, (baby) oh-oh-oh-oh
Through the icy rain, the northern winds may blow
But now your friendly music keeps me warm each night
It's the perfect pleasure you might never know
Come on, come on, come on
You'll be alright

Oh, we're gonna make some rock ‘n' roll this winter
Now my teenage heart has said hello to you
Oh, there's gonna be some rock ‘n' roll this winter
It's a wonderful rock ‘n' roll winter, baby (baby)
Oh-oh-oh baby (baby)
Almost every song I dream of in the end
I could dedicate to you, my lovely friend
Though my conversation may be tired tonight
Come on, come on, come on
It'll be alright
I know we're gonna make some rock ‘n' roll this winter
Now my teenage heart has said hello to you
Oh, there's gonna be some rock ‘n' roll this winter
It's a wonderful rock ‘n' roll winter, baby (baby)
It's a wonderful rock ‘n' roll winter, baby (baby), oh baby (baby)
Oh, we're gonna make some rock ‘n' roll this winter
Now my teenage heart has said hello to you
Oh, there's gonna be some rock ‘n' roll this winter
It's a wonderful rock ‘n' roll, wonderful rock ‘n' roll winter
Oh baby (baby), oh baby (baby)

There are three artists under this name:
(1) Roy Wood’s post-ELO project.
(2) A 'blackened' heavy metal band from Finland.
(3) A heavy metal band from Belgium --- (1) Wizzard was Roy Wood’s post-ELO project. They made catchy glam-rock hit singles like "Angel Fingers" and "See My Baby Jive" with a retro, Phil Spector-style "wall of sound" production. At the same time, they produced decidedly odd, almost avant-garde albums like Wizzard Brew. Wizzard were active from roughly 1972-1975.
