Roll the Dice Lyrics

if pride was a mountain i'd be walking tall
but the valley down below is a deadly fall
and they say when it rains it pours
and now i'm standing here drenched to the bonei see my shadow when the lights are off
as dark as it has been
the game is up and all the bets are off
but i'm not hurting yetare you a gambler babe
would you gamble on me
and is it really worth it to be worth anything
we are young, wild and free
well i will roll the dice on you
if you will roll the dice on me
you don't have to fold on me
play your slight of hand
roll the dice on mewell give it time and walk it off
don't let it all come down to a grinding halt
win or lose i'm lost alone
it's when i get the need to be a rock and not rollbringing on all of these tears of rage

that fall away from me
you can only call a spade a spade
so i guess it's plain to see
that the odds are long
by a long shot it seems
and the games that i've been chasing
got away from me
and we are young, wild and free
well i will roll the dice on you
if you'll still roll the dice on me
you don't have to fold on me
play your slight of hand
roll the dice on me
roll the dice on me
