Romeo (featuring Kele Le Roc) Lyrics

You Keep on giving me the Hold up
You know I wish you'd make your mind up
'cause when we get it on its so-so
You use to be my Romeo'cause you see my dear, I have had enough
Of keeping quiet about all this stuff
Your neurotic like a Yo-yo
You use to be my RomeoLet it all go(ro-me-o) [Repeat: x4]You use to be my RomeoYou Keep on giving me the Hold up
You know I wish you'd make your mind up
'cause when we get it on its so-so
You use to be my Romeo'cause you see my dear, I have had enough
Of keeping quiet about all this stuff
Your neurotic like a Yo-yo
Oh You use to be my RomeoLet it all go(ro-me-o) [Repeat: x4]
Let it all go
(You use to be My Romeo)Let it go, let it all go'cause you left me laying there
With a broken heart
Staring through a deep cold void
Alone in the dark

And I miss the warmth in the morning
And the laughter when I can't stop yawning
But the tears on the pillow have dried my dear
Gonna let it all go 'cause I have no fear(Ro-me-o)
Let it all go(ro-me-o) [Repeat: x4]You used to by my romeo (ro-me-o) [Repeat: x4]
You used to by my romeoLet it go oh oh oh

Basement Jaxx is an English house music duo comprised of Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe that rose to popularity in the late 1990s. Basement Jaxx started in Brixton, South London, UK in 1994, where they held a regular club night called Rooty, which would later become the name of their second album. The duo got their name from the location of the studio where they recorded their first EP - it was located in the basement of friends of Simon Ratcliffe.

In addition to their own work, Basement Jaxx have become in-demand remixers. Tracks such as 4 My People (which became a massive chart and club hit), Like I Love You and She Wants to Move have all had the Basement Jaxx remix treatment.
