Same Streets Lyrics

A boy grabs a bottle
And another boy plays with powerful chords
At full throttle
Now what you gonna do when pissed and bored?Garage entertainment
Well, outside the door there's a living hell
Just don't be agreement
You point me your finger, you know damn wellBeen twenty two years
I was still seeing the same defeats
In the same squares
And in the same streetsBeen twenty two years
I was still seeing the same defeats
In the same squares
And in the same streets, the same streetsThe idea was too brilliant
A solid force so hey, come in
Ohh, how can I be silenced?
A boy throws a bottle and it all begins, andIt's like a siren
Keepin' up the sound till a new dawn fades
An alarm bell ringing

You can't stop the kids and you can't stop their raidsBeen twenty two years
I was still seeing the same defeats
In the same squares
And in the same streetsBeen twenty two years
I was still seeing the same defeats
In the same squares
And in the same streets, the same streetsBeen twenty two years
I was still seeing the same defeats
In the same squares
And in the same streetsBeen twenty two years
I was still seeing the same defeats
In the same squares
And in the same streets, the same streetsIn the same street, in the same street

The group was formed in 1995 with a line-up of singer Mårten Cedergran, guitarists Richard Andersson and Sami Korhonen, bassist Mathias Lindh, and drummer Chrille Hermansson, and had performed under its original band name, Down and Out, before changing it to Bombshell Rocks. In early 1996, Bombshell Rocks released an EP in form of a mini six-track album, Who's the Real Bastard. During this period, Thomas Falk became the band's drummer and Christian Määttä the band's guitarist, after Chrille and Sami left the band.
