Saviour Lyrics

I never picked this, this picked me
I weren't your average pickney
So many young boys wanna M.C.
Oh Lord, I don't know why you picked meThey wanna prick me, tryna hush me rush me
No hurdles jumped me
Just 'cause I'm moving Louis V, Gucci, Fendi shoes
Here I'm still improvingIf it's dead I left it
If I touched it its epic
The 16 verses so valuable
Cool kid I do it all so casual, so flammableSince five were alive I was gone
There ain't even a hook on the song
All I need is a pad and a wand
Like don't you know that I'm the saviourPlease don't mess with me
Dead no destiny
Please don't *** with me
I never chose this, this is prophecyThe saviour will I get to the top, yes
Destination success
I just can't settle for less

Push up my chest to me I'm the bestThe saviour, the saviour, the saviour
I never chose this, this is prophecy
The saviour, the saviour, the saviourI never dissed them, they dissed me
No reply was the best attack
Me and them ain't on the same level man
So how can we go back to back?
Track for track, tit for tatGot a blind date but yo' gal miss and match
I still know where I'm heading
Married to the gay best man no wedding
Somebody tell 'em, you can cuss if you want it
But it's a hit if I'm on itLet me come on your tune and *** you up
A million bees cant match the buzz
That I'm building upSince five were alive I was gone
There ain't even a hook on the song
All I need is a pad and a wand
Like don't you know that I'm the saviourPlease don't mess with me
Dead no destiny
Please don't *** with me
I never chose this this is prophecyThe saviour, will I get to the top yes
Destination success
I just can't settle for less
Push up my chest to me I'm the bestThe saviour, the saviour, the saviour
I never chose this this is prophecy
The saviour, the saviour, the saviourAnything I do I merk
I'm proof that praying works
Course them man are mad
Came in the game no name
Shot past I know it hurts
Of course I deserve to be where I amWhen I come from where I come
And I don't mind being assessed
But let's not forget like I hate it
When [Incomprehensible] my ground was done
Thy kingdoms comeJust words on a beat
Got your girl at my feet
Got a least another 10 years to go
'Cause it never took me 10 years to blow
Can you air the flow?Since five were alive I was gone
There ain't even a hook on the song
All I need is a pad and a wand
Like don't you know that I'm the saviourPlease don't mess with me
Dead no destiny
Please don't *** with me
I never chose this this is prophecyThe saviour will I get to the top yes
Destination success
I just can't settle for less
Push up my chest to me I'm the bestThe saviour, the saviour, the saviour
I never chose this this is prophecy
The saviour, the saviour, the saviour

His debut album, I Am Chipmunk, was released on 12 October 2009. It has produced four top 25 singles included three consecutive top-ten hits and one chart topper. The album was deemed a success after it debuted at number 2 on the UK Albums Chart and reaching platinum sales of over 300,000 copies.

In-line with its record sales, a new platinum edition of the album was released on May 3, 2010 featuring four new songs, including new single Until You Were Gone featuring Dutch singer-songwriter Esmee Denters.

Chip Diddy Chip was released as the first official single from the album on 16 January 2009. The single peaked at number 21 on the UK Singles Chart and marked Chipmunk's breakthrough.

The Oopsy Daisy Songfacts reported that it reached peak position on October 11, 2009, beating The Saturdays in a two-way battle for the top of the charts. Co-incidentally, one line of "Oopsy Daisy" reads "now I feel like Saturdays are weaker."
"Look for Me" featuring vocals from Talay Riley was released as the fourth official single from the album on 28 December 2009. The single marked Chipmunk's third consecutive Top 10 hit when it managed to peak at number 7 in the UK.

The single featured vocals from Dutch pop/R&B singer Esmée Denters and was released on 19 April 2010; where it debuted at number 3, marking Chipmunk's fourth consecutive Top 10 hit and his second most successful single behind Oopsy Daisy.

His new album, Transition, is scheduled for release in mid 2011.
