Saying Sorry Lyrics

These colors will not change
You change the way I see them
These words will fade when you explain
Why you hate them, we are the sameShe keeps repeating
I bet she needed
She says she's right here
She seems so distantSaying goodbye
This time, the same old story
Seeing you cry
It makes me feel like saying sorryJust a few last hours
We gotta make this count
We're counting backwardsJust a few last hours
We gotta make this count
We're falling forwardShe keeps repeating
I bet she needed
She says she's right here
She seems so distantSaying goodbye
This time, the same old story

Seeing you cry
It makes me feel like saying sorrySaying goodbye
This time, the same old story
Seeing you cry
It makes me feel like saying sorrySaying sorry, we've fallen apart
Wish we knew this from the start
Saying goodbye's the hardest part
Wish we knew this from the startSaying goodbye
This time, the same old story
Seeing you cry
It makes me feel like saying sorrySaying goodbye
This time, the same old story
Seeing you cry
It makes me feel like saying sorrySaying goodbye
This time, this time
Saying goodbye
Makes me feel like saying sorry

Formed in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. Playing from the start on self-booked tours across the country gave them some initial national exposure, but they weren't signed to Victory Records until late 2003. As one of the first bands to utilize social networking to gain a fan base, Hawthorne Heights developed a huge MySpace following that became a catalyst that would launch them from underground to international awareness.
