Sea of Angels Lyrics

It takes my breathe like a cheap perfume
And leaves me in tears
And everyone under the moon
Knows it's hereLike a dream where you can hardly move
So paralyzed
I could decide to let the fear abuse
Or realizeThat there's another world unseen
It open when your heart believesWe are all surrounded
Swimming in a sea of angels
We are not forgotten and we will win
Because you send your angelsStretching out across the sky
Till I can't count
The scenery before my eyes
I drop my mouthHow could I ever let this sight
Slip my mind
You are the source of the ones in fight
So raid the skyAnd take away the blinding tear
Let us always know you're hereWe are all surrounded

Swimming in a sea of angels
We are not forgotten and we will win
Because you send your angelsPick me up, Lord
Pick me up, Lord
Pick me up, Lord
Pick me up, LordPick me up, Lord
Pick me up, Lord
Pick me up, Lord
Pick me up, LordWe are all surrounded
Swimming in a sea of angels
We are not forgotten and we will win
Because you send your angelsAnd take me away, away from here
My Lord, my LordRain down, won't you link me to Your grace
Rain down and I'll link you to my faith

(for artists called +1 go to their wikipage) 1) An 80's new wave band who scored a major dance hit with "Nevermore." The song was a staple of influential DJ Richard Blade's line-up, and he included the song on a popular 80's cd compilation. 2) A Christian pop group formed by Atlantic Records in 2000. The band made up of vocalists Nate Cole, Gabe Combs, Jeremy Mhire, Jason Perry, and Nathan Walters remains one of the best selling artists in Christian pop. After suffering label woes and mis-management, the group disbanded in the fall of 2004.
