Sealed With a Kiss Lyrics

Though we gotta say goodbye for the summer
Darling, I promise you this
I'll send you all my love everyday in a letter
Sealed with a kissGuess, it's gonna be a cold lonely summer
But I'll fill the emptiness
I'll send you all my love everyday in a letter
Sealed with a kissI'll see you in the sunlight
I'll hear your voice everywhere
I'll run to tenderly hold you
But darling, you won't be thereI don't wanna say goodbye for the summer
Knowing the love we'll miss
Oh, let us make a pledge to meet in September
And seal it with a kissI'll see you in the sunlight
I'll hear your voice everywhere
I'll run to tenderly hold you
But darling, you won't be thereI don't wanna say goodbye for the summer
Knowing the love we'll miss
Oh, let us make a pledge to meet in September

And seal it with a kiss, seal it with a kiss

Spanky and Our Gang was an American 1960s folk-rock band led by Elaine "Spanky" McFarlane. The band derives its name from Hal Roach's popular Our Gang comedies of the 1930s (known to modern audiences as The Little Rascals). McFarlane was nicknamed "Spanky" because one of the band members, perhaps influenced by her last name, said that she resembled Our Gang star George "Spanky" McFarland. The group was known for its vocal harmonies. MEMBERS
