Seein' Diamonds Lyrics

I remember seein' diamonds
What ever happened to them?
You smashed them all when you flew away
You just fought everyday
Later console talkin' bitter
You never believe it's the same
Little War?But it is the same
Ohh try and rearrange
But it is the same
Don't try and rearrangeI remember early morning
In the car on the side of the road
You said you had something to say
I crawled out with my head spinning
I covered my ears to late
Everything fell down on meBut I must say
Ohh try and rearrange
Ohh I must say
Don't try and rearrangeJust returning

Felt like mourning
But I couldn't stay away
I was holding back from you
Just returning
Felt like mouring
But I couldn't stay away
I was holding back from youBut I must say
Ohh try and rearrange
But I must say
Don't change

The name Hot Water Music comes from a Charles Bukowski book.
