Seeing Stars Lyrics

Stars on the river
Stars in the sky
Stars that are fallen
Stars burnin' brightStars disappear
Stars come to life
Out of the darkI see stars in every headlight
And I wonder where they go
I see stars that are stranded
By the side of the roadI see stars that look like raindrops
Stickin' to the hood of my car
I'm seein' starsWishin' on stars
Only when you see 'em
Is like askin' God for help
Only when you need it
But I'm wishin' anyway
I'm wishin' anywayWishin' on stars
Only when you see 'em
Is like askin' God for help

Only when you need it
But I'm wishin' anyway
Yeah, I'm wishin' anywayTonight there's stars on the river
Stars in the sky
Stars that are faded
Like the stars in her eyesAnd one lonely teardrop
And one long goodbye
Hit me hard
I'm seein' starsWishin' on stars
Only when you see 'em
Is like askin' God for help
Only when you need it
But I'm wishin' anyway
Yeah, I'm wishin' anywayI'm seein' stars
I'm seein' starsStars on the river, stars in the sky
(I'm seein' stars)
Stars that are faded, stars in your eyes
I'm seein' stars

To stand out among the post-pop-punk excesses of the Chicago music scene, Craig Miller was told “You need a great story.” The story behind Danger Is My Middle Name is that there is no story. There is no meet-cute, no luck and no fairy tale. Their story is the story of countless bands -- they met, they wrote, they played -- and it worked. But unlike other bands, it continues to work. The lack of flash suits Miller (bass), Gabe Atkins (vocals, guitar) and William Cox (guitar) and their hardworking, no b.s. attitude.
