Serenade Lyrics

Clock watching and lounge listening
Waiting for my colors to shine
Swimming pools of broken fools
Whose love is deeper, whose is true
I will contend my love for youEventually serenade my love
Is all I can do
And I know yes, I know it's wrong
To be so vigilant and so far gone
It goes on and on and on
It goes on and on and onTalking to myself
I won't be like all the rest
No one sees what lives inside me
I can't even taste it myselfEventually serenade my love
Is all I can do
And I know, yes I know it's wrong
To be so vigilant and so far gone
It goes on and on and on
It goes on and on and onMy love is as fierce as the seas

That swells and swallows
The space between him and meEventually serenade my love
Is all I can do
Yes I know, yes I know it's wrong
To be so vigilant and so far gone
It goes on and on and on
It goes on and on and onIt goes on and on and on
It goes on and on and on
It goes on and on and on
It goes on and on and on
It goes on and on and onSerenade my love
Serenade my love
