Serpent Queen, Pt. 2 Lyrics

There's a rattle at the window, whoa,
All too familiar sound that i know,
She's back and she's ready to go,
Ready to take me back down below,
Everybody in the whole town knows,
She lives with a heart so cold,
But I'll stay, I'll stay,
I'll stay, I'll stayAnd if I hear her calling
I feared that I am falling
Now they all tried to warn me
Oh, No! She's ready to go
And if I hear her calling
I feared that I am falling
Now they all tried to warn me
Oh, No! She's ready to go
WhoaThere's a rattle at the window, whoa,
All too familiar sound that i know,
She's back and she's ready to go,

Ready to take me back down below,
Everybody in the whole town knows,
She lives with a heart so cold,
But I'll stay, I'll stay,
I'll stay, I'll stayAnd if I hear her calling
I feared that I am falling
Now they all tried to warn me
Oh, No! She's ready to go
And if I hear her calling
I feared that I am falling
Now they all tried to warn me
Oh, No! She's ready to go
WhoahI feel the sickness grow inside me,
But count the sky so she won't find me,
I feel the sickness grow inside me,
She can't find me,
Take my lifeOh, No! She's ready to go
Oh, No! She's ready to goAnd if I hear her calling
I feared that I am falling
Now they all tried to warn me
Oh, No! She's ready to go
And if I hear her calling
I feared that I am falling
Now they all tried to warn me
Oh, No! She's ready to goWhoah

Hailing from the West side of Auckland, New Zealand, this 3 piece pop-punk band have been through the ups and downs of what it's like to be in the New Zealand music industry. It all began in 2002 when Joel Little (guitarist, lead vocals) and Jaden Parkes (drummer, backing vocals) were in high school together and decided to form a band. In need of a bassist an advert was placed, Paul Taite (bassist, backing vocals) was the only person to reply. Paul got the position and Goodnight Nurse was born.
