Seven Lyrics

I've got a few true friends making stakes by my side
Give me the odds, don't mean a thing to me
We slam the door behind, heading for ninety nine
Taking back the ground like chronic thievesDon't like the pace 'cuz it's too slow
We make our stakes in a shabby casino
And all these people, I've seen them grow
I've seen them come back in a rowAnd so we hope for a seven
And the dices got the role, we're patiently waitin'
And so we hope for a seven
That's how we do it, we accelerateAnd as the dices are rolling, bouncing on the floor
Making way through a layer of dust
And now I understand as dices left my hand
Got nothing to rely on but my trustDon't like the pace 'cuz it's too slow
We make our stakes in a shabby casino
And all these people, I've seen them grow
I've seen them come back in a rowAnd so we hope for a seven
And the dices got the role, we're patiently waitin'
And so we hope for a seven

That's how we do it, we accelerateDon't like the pace 'cuz it's too slow
We make our stakes in a shabby casino
And all these people, I've seen them grow
I've seen them come back in a rowAnd so we hope for a seven
And the dices got the role, we're patiently waitin'
And so we hope for a seven
That's how we do it, we accelerateAnd so we hope for a seven
And the dices got the role, we're patiently waitin'
And so we hope for a seven
That's how we do it, we accelerate

The group was formed in 1995 with a line-up of singer Mårten Cedergran, guitarists Richard Andersson and Sami Korhonen, bassist Mathias Lindh, and drummer Chrille Hermansson, and had performed under its original band name, Down and Out, before changing it to Bombshell Rocks. In early 1996, Bombshell Rocks released an EP in form of a mini six-track album, Who's the Real Bastard. During this period, Thomas Falk became the band's drummer and Christian Määttä the band's guitarist, after Chrille and Sami left the band.
