She Shot a Hole In My Soul Lyrics

Whoa, whoaShe shot a hole in my soul
I'm walkin' all over town, callin' her name and tryin' to find her
She shot a hole in my soul
I'm walkin' all over town, knockin' and beatin' on every doorSome pity me and people start to cry
One man said he'd help me but I think he done said, "Goodbye"But I've got to keep on tryin'
Oh I'm goin' crazy about to lose my mind
Oh, I've got to keep on tryin'
Oh I'm goin' crazy about to lose my mindMy heart said without a love you're dyin'
Baby baby baby say, can't you hear me cryin'?
Say, whoa oh oh, whoa oh ohHelp me somebody, oh yeah yeahI'm walkin' through a club, jump up and grab the microphone
And asked the man who's leadin' the band to let me sing my songMy heart said without a love you're dyin', say
Baby baby baby now, can't you hear me cryin'?
Say whoa oh oh, say whoa oh ohShe shot a hole in my soul
I'm walkin' all over town, callin' her name and tryin' to find her
She shot a hole in my soul
I'm walkin' all over town, knockin' and beatin' on every doorShe shot a hole in my soul
She shot a hole in my soul
(Oh ho ho ho ho ho yeah uh)

She shot a hole in my soul
(Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah)
She shot a hole in my soul, yeah
She shot a hole in my soul

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

The Box Tops were an American band of the 60s that combined soul and rock music into a popular sound epitomized by their famous single "The Letter". The band was fronted by teenaged singer Alex Chilton, and for their studio recordings after "The Letter", consisted solely of Chilton and Memphis studio musicians. For live performances, Chilton was joined by Tom Boggs (drums), Rick Allen (bass), Gary Talley (guitar), and Bill Cunningham (organ).
