She's A Super Lady Lyrics

She's a Super lady, she is too much
Wish I could make her mine
What a Super lady, a ha alright
She's so fineShe's a Super lady, she is too much
Wish I could make her mine
What a Super lady, a ha alright
She's so fineNot long ago I was, a sad and lonely boy
Did not know how to get better
Then heaven up above, sent me a super love
And now I'm happy foreverNo one wants to believe, I've got a perfect love
They say I'm just talking crazy
But I can prove it's true, if you'll allow me to
Tell you 'bout my Super ladyShe's all that I could explore
She's more than a dream, she's my everythingShe's a Super lady, she is too much
Wish I could make her mine
What a Super lady, a ha alright
She's so fineShe's a Super lady, she is too much
Wish I could make her mine

What a Super lady, a ha alright
She's so fineWhoever thought I would be feeling half this good
The world for me is a new place
I'll drink to happiness because our love's the best
The wine for me has a new tasteI'll let my lady know, I'll never let her go
Forever I'm gonna hold on
She said she feels the same, don't wanna play no game
Just wants our love to live on and onWish I could fly to the sky and write out her name
Climb to the top of the world and loudly exclaim
She's my everything
(She's my everything)(Ooh)
I love
(That Super lady)
(Ooh)
I love
(That Super lady)
(Ooh)
I love
(That Super lady)
(Ooh)
I love
(That Super lady)She's much too much, she's got that super love
She's much, too much for my heart
She's much too much, she's got that super love
She's much, too much for my heart

Luther Ronzoni Vandross (April 20, 1951 - July 1, 2005) was an american soul and rnb singer whose career spanned four decades.

In the 70s, he worked as a backing singer Chic and for David Bowie (on the Young Americans album). He later found success as a solo artist with Superstar and A House Is Not A Home.

In the 80s, Vandross was a vocalist on early Change singles (Searching), whilst continuing his solo career with such releases as "Never Too Much", "Power Of Love/Love Power", "If Only For One Night", "Here And Now".

In the 90s, he was more famous for duets with Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey (amongst others), than for his solo work.

It was an ongoing battle with his weight that may have ultimately proved his undoing. He suffered a stroke in 2003, from which he never really recovered, and died in 2005.

During his career, he sold 25 million albums and won eight Grammy awards including Best Male R&B Vocal Performance four times. He won four Grammy awards in 2004, including the Grammy Award for Song of the Year for the track "Dance With My Father," co-written with Richard Marx.
