She's My Remedy Lyrics

She's a summer rain,
To a desert town.
She's one more day,
When times run out.
She's everything I'll ever need.
She's my remedyShe's a familiar place to a restless soul
When I've lost my way,
She brings me home.
Where would I be?
Without her here with me.
She's my remedySo anytime I think that there's no cure,
All it takes is just one drop of her.
No, it doesn't matter what on earth is killing me,
She's my remedy.She's like a thousand years,
To a broken heart.
She's my saving grace,
And she's my northern star.
The path that leads to all my dreams.

She's my remedySo anytime I think that there's no cure,
All it takes is just one drop of her.
No it doesn't matter what on earth is killing me,
She's my remedy. And if life gets her down,
And the road is hard to see,
I hope she knows,
She can always count on me.Oh she's everything I'll ever need,
She's my remedy. So anytime I think that there's no cure,
All it takes is just one drop of her.
No, it doesn't matter what on earth is killing me,
She's my remedy.
My remedy.

Where Doc Walker’s 2009 release, GO, focused on the endless comings and goings that characterize life on the road, their new album, 16&1, finds the band looking back at the roots that they’ve grown so deep over time, celebrating how far they’ve come since first putting them down and moving forward all the stronger for having done so. That said 16&1 doesn’t play like some pensive re-examination of the past.
