She's Talking to Someone Lyrics

It's been such a long time since she's talked to me
Out here in this phone booth I'm chilled to my knees
I dial her number and I just can't believe
She's talking to someone, she ain't talking to meShe's talking to someone, she ain't talking to me
And I can't stop crying right here in the street
That signal I'm getting brings a monotone plea
She's talking to someone, she ain't talking to meI fumble for quarters I'm looking for dimes
I can't even buy her she's busy each time
I slam the receiver and I clench my teeth
She's talking to someone, she ain't talking to meShe's talking to someone, she ain't talking to me
And I can't stop crying right here in the street
That signal I'm getting brings a monotone plea
She's talking to someone, she ain't talking to me
She's talking to someone, she ain't talking to me

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

BR549 is an American country music band. The group was formed in Nashville in 1993 by co-leads Gary Bennett and Chuck Mead. Their music, referred to as alternative country or neotraditional, contains elements of western swing and rockabilly. They eschew modern Top 40 pop-country for a more raw, honky-tonk sound, with songs about 50s pin-up/dominatrix Bettie Page and The Ramones. They took their name from a telephone number regularly used in a Junior Samples sketch on the television show Hee Haw.
