Silly Boy (She Doesn't Love You) [1991 Remaster] Lyrics

Silly boy, silly boy, she doesn't care
Silly boy, silly boy, she's not playing fair
She doesn't love you, go and find someone new
And don't be a fool, silly boyIt's over and done, so you say
Can't believe our love could end this way
Someone else is playing my part
And here's what I'm telling my heartSilly boy, silly boy, she doesn't care
Silly boy, silly boy, she's not playing fair
She doesn't love you, go and find someone new
And don't be a fool, silly boyBe a man and don't lose your pride
Keep the tears and pain locked inside
I keep saying these things, but I know
In my heart I still love her soSilly boy, silly boy, she doesn't care
Silly boy, silly boy, she's not playing fair
She doesn't love you, go and find someone new
And don't be a fool, silly boySilly boy, silly boy, don't be a fool
Silly boy, silly boy, she doesn't care
Silly boy

The Lettermen are an American pop music vocal group. The Lettermen's trademark is close-harmony pop songs with light arrangements. They were popular mainly with adult audiences during the 1960s. The group was formed in late 1950s by Mike Barnett, Dick Stewart and Tony Butala. They auditioned for Jackie Barnett, chief comedy writer for the Jimmy Durante TV show. They landed the part to impersonate The Rhythm Boys, the vocal group that traveled with Paul Whiteman and his orchestra in the late 1920s, and gave Bing Crosby his initial fame.
