Since I Fell for You Lyrics

When you just give love
And never get love
You'd better let love departI know it's so and yet I know
I can't get you out of my heartYou made me leave my happy home
You took my love and now you're gone
Since I fell for youLove brings such misery and pain
I know I'll never be the same
Since I fell for youWell, it's too bad
And it's too sad
But I'm in love with youOh, oh, oh, you love me
Then you snub me
But what can I do
I'm still in love with youI, I guess I'll never see the light
I get the blues most every night
Since I fell for youSince I fell for you

In the latter part of his life, Rich acquired the nickname The Silver Fox. He is perhaps best remembered for a pair of 1973 hits, "Behind Closed Doors" and "The Most Beautiful Girl". "The Most Beautiful Girl" topped the U.S. country singles charts, as well as the pop singles charts and earned him two Grammy Awards.
