Since Supernatural Lyrics

Turn this up a little louder now
Turn this up a little louder now
Turn it up
Ladies and gents you're tuned to the sound of Carlos Santana
Since supernatural ain't nothin' changed
All new players still the same old game
Well if you're low-ridin' or your up in your range
Let me see you blow your horn
For the mommies that be lookin' good at the bus stop
The ones at the club that be makin' the fires start
Your fools with the thugs that be makin' the guns spark
Why can't we all just get along?
LAPD, riots, beating
Streets on fire, the people fleeting
Someone said, "There's O.J. speeding"
Cochran beef in that club ain't fittin'
Tyson's fight, Vegas lights
Tupac lost his life that night

And Biggie dies
And hip-hop prize
And that's when the east and the west unite
So, come on
Oh, baby, baby, baby, I got your back
No matter where I am, no mater where you at
When you're thinking of me
I'm dreaming of you
Oh, don't worry baby
If you can't break through
It's 'cause I'm on same line
Calling at the same time
Trying to ease your mind
I ain't too much of a man to say
I can't wait to get to do the supernatural to you
Since supernatural ain't nothin' changed
Still boppin' heads on the uptown train
Playin' in the speakers while you drive in the rain
Speedin' on the parkway switching lanes
From the underground to the tunnel bangin' your radio
MTV, BET, video
The Santana show via satellite in Mexico
VIP at the door
No more dreamin', guitars screamin'
You can make it, keep believing
But as times keep passin'
Feel my passion
I won't sell my soul for fashion
Grammy night, too much hype, too much cars, too much ice
My man just got 25 to life
Aliyah flies to paradise
Oh, baby, baby, baby, I got your back
No matter where I am, no mater where you at
When you're thinking of me
I'm dreaming of you
Oh, don't worry baby
If you can't break through
It's 'cause I'm on same line
Calling at the same time
Trying to ease your mind
I ain't too much of a man to say
I can't wait to get to do the supernatural to you
Hey, yo Carlos
Make the guitar cry
Make the guitar cry
Just know that we will always
We will always prevail
North, south, east to the west side
Put this on a boat and ship it world wide
North, south, east to the west side
Put your hands in the air and represent your side
North, south, east to the west side
Put this on a boat and ship it world wide
North, south, east to the west side
Carlos would you play
Play the guitar for me
North, south, east to the west side
Put this on a boat and ship it world wide
North south east to the west side
Put your hands in the air and represent your side
North, south, east to the west side
Put this on a boat and ship it world wide
North south east to the west side
North, south, east to the west side
Put this on a boat and ship it world wide
North south east to the west side

Santana is a rock band based around talented guitarist Carlos Santana and founded in the late 1960s. The band first came to public attention after their performing the song "Soul Sacrifice" at the Woodstock Festival in 1969, when their Latin rock provided a contrast to other acts on the bill. This initial exposure made their first, eponymous album a hit at the time, followed in the next two years by successful follow-ups Abraxas and Santana III. Over the years, and despite a constantly changing line-up, Santana has achieved a total of eight Grammy Awards. In 1998, the group was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, with Carlos Santana, Jose Chepito Areas, David Brown, Mike Carabello, Gregg Rolie and Michael Shrieve being honored.

Santana was formed originally in 1967 in San Francisco, California. Carlos Santana is a Mexican-born American. Originally named The Santana Blues Band, they rose to international fame when they performed at the Woodstock festival in 1969. This led to their second studio album, Abraxas (1970), becoming a Latin-Rock standard and a huge critical and commercial success. Over the years their line-up has changed constantly, allowing them to evolve with the times. Over 50 musicians have been in Santana over its 40 year history, but the only constant has been Carlos Santana himself. Various successful bands have been spawned by Santana, most notably Journey, formed by keyboardist Gregg Rolie and guitarist Neal Schon, both key members of Santana's early days. Following a brief quiet period in the early 1990s, Santana returned to stardom by releasing two successful albums, Shama and Supernatural, featuring various guest vocalists.

Santana's original drummer Michael Shrieve was one of the youngest performers at the Woodstock Music Festival in the year 1969 at only 19 years of age.

Carlos Santana is known to use Paul Reed Smith (PRS) custom guitars, though his choice varies according to co-players. On his last album, The Best of Santana, he played a Stratocaster to match with Eric Clapton's Strato-style.
