Sink With You Lyrics

This is my emergency
Let me feel your apathyAre we swimming in the same ol' sea?
The one where you don't care to rescue me
There's water in my lungs again
The moon's reflection has no end
The taste of salt my biggest sin
The taste of you my only sinYou can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okayYou can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
This is my emergency
Let me feel your apathyHold me underneath the cold moonlight
Where I believe every lie you told to me
Tell me once more that I'm safe
I never believed, so give me faith

The fear of death is sinking in
I'd rather die than sink with youYou can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okayYou can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay
You can't make it okay

Underoath (occasionally typeset as underOATH or UNDERØATH) were an American band originally formed on November 30, 1997 in Ocala, Florida, but later relocated to Tampa, Florida, which was home to some of their newer members.

During the band's early years, when they were fronted by former vocalist Dallas Taylor, Underoath displayed a heavier style than their later, more well-known work, incorporating disparate influences from death and black metal. With Taylor, they released Act of Depression, Cries of the Past, and The Changing of Times.
