Sister Chardonnay Lyrics

I moved from the south side
Into a low income address
Far away from breezy bends
And all my so called friendsEvery day at two pm
You walk right past my step
I smoke a cigarette
And the sun shines through your dressI used to call you Caroline
But now you're more like a summer wineSister chardonnay you know you got me
Sister chardonnay you know you got me
If you'd only look my way youd love me
Love meI saw you running through the park
And something came to me
So I bought a dog and I dont like dogs
But I thought you might notice meBut now I'm back here on the step
And I've learned something new
I learned all about your life
And what youre going throughI wonder if your lover knows
The kind of woman hes letting goSister chardonnay you know you got me

Sister chardonnay you know you got me
The way you smile it drives me wild in my dreams
And if you'd only look my way you'd love me
Love meI used to call you Caroline
Now you're more like a summer wineSister chardonnay you know you got me
Sister chardonnay you know you got me
The way you smile it drives me wild in my dreams
And if you'd only look my way you'd love meSister chardonnay you know you got me
Sister chardonnay you know you got me
The way you smile it drives me wild in my dreams
And if you'd only look my way you'd love me

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Where Doc Walker’s 2009 release, GO, focused on the endless comings and goings that characterize life on the road, their new album, 16&1, finds the band looking back at the roots that they’ve grown so deep over time, celebrating how far they’ve come since first putting them down and moving forward all the stronger for having done so. That said 16&1 doesn’t play like some pensive re-examination of the past.
