This group recites, writes, and performs with gracefulness and flow, and relays messages from higher sources of creativity. The key word "Recite" expresses the power of tongue, combined with poetic ingenuity and acrobatic delivery to appeal to the inner sense of rhythm. As a group City Slickers has performed on the Blackapalooza Tour for several years and has received rave responses often times stealing the show from the main attraction. The eldest brother Akhnuwkh (pronounced Ahk-nook) performs with percussions and vocals, and also plays trumpet and DJ's skillfully. The late, youthful, and gifted Noah gifted contributed with powerful showmanship and was noted for putting down a melodic and powerful singing voice and rap. Noah has recorded hype vocals with ONXYZ on POPP INC/ICHIBAN record label, is a remake of James Brown's "You Got Soul". Zosar (pronounced Zoe-shur) is classically trained in piano and he plays keyboards with the group. Zosar is a crafty lyricist and dancer, providing the final link in this total packaged, self contained group. City Slickers are co-produces by producers KAS and Geter Most, (POPP INC/FUNK LAB) and he constructs all lyrics and vocal arrangements. The group is proud of their musical heritage and is destined to make their mark in the world of music. It's safe to say that City Slickers will be topping the charts with their unique hip-hop sounds.
