Sitting On Top Of The World Lyrics

Was in the spring one sunny day
My sweetheart left me, she went away
And now she's gone and I don't worry
Cause I'm sittin on top of the worldThat big old river so deep and wide
I saw her standing on the other side
Now she's gone, I don't worry
Cause I'm sittin on top of the worldThe levee broke, the water rose
Near flooded out my happy home
Now she's gone, and I don't worry cause
I'm sittin on top of the worldI went up to higher ground
She was nowhere no where to be found
Now she's gone, and I don't worry
Cause I'm sittin on top of the world
And now she's gone and I don't worry
Cause I'm sittin on top of the world
