Skyline Silhouettes Lyrics

Advisory - the following lyrics contain explicit language:
Is opening a window one way out?
No, I should stay
I have climbed these stairs one thousand times
But yet I slide straight back down to findFeelings are falling free, imaginations dance
Push it to the limit, keep reminding
Holding on to all I have as it seems to fall
Just like sand falls through the hourglassAnd in the dark, when no one is around
I sit and stare at the silhouettes of me
And I say, my oh my, what a journey
We have come along this far

Can there be a better place for me to see?Is opening a window one way out? No, I should stay
I have climbed these stairs one thousand times
But yet I slide straight back down to find
With questions comes a choice to bringA path to better things
Though a love induces sleep of reason
But there's still a building voice of this inner man
That can hardly be hid by these eyesAnd in the dark, when no one is around
I sit and stare at the silhouettes of me
And I say, my oh my, what a journey
We have come along this far
Can there be a better place for me to see?And in the dark, when no one is around
I sit and stare at the silhouettes of me
And I say, my oh my, what a journey
We have come along this far
Can there be a better place for me to see?And in the dark, when no one is around
I sit and stare at the silhouettes of me
And I say, my oh my, what a journey
We have come along this far
Can there be a better place for me to see?
