Slash Your Tires Lyrics

No point in screaming
'Cause I'm only dreaming
That you came to pieces
And I came in peaceYou're always loaded
Your life has imploded
Nine weeks of hell, man
But I'm feeling swellAnd in my dreams I slash your tires
And in my dreams I set these fires
And all your fears, it's nothing new
And all your tears, they won't help youYou're always posing
And I was imposing
But I turned the tables
And I'm feeling fineYou're always loaded
Your life has imploded
Nine weeks of hell, man
But I'm feeling swellIn my dreams I slash your tires
And in my dreams I set these fires
And all your fears, it's nothing new

And all your tears, they won't help youAnd all your fears, it's nothing new
And all your tears, they won't help you

1) Luna was a dream pop/indie rock band formed in 1991 by Dean Wareham after the breakup of Galaxie 500, with Stanley Demeski formerly of The Feelies and Justin Harwood formerly of the New Zealand band The Chills. Described by Rolling Stone magazine as “the best band you’ve never heard of,” Luna blended nuanced guitar work, shading dynamics, and Wareham's wry wit. The original line-up was expanded with the addition of guitarist Sean Eden for their second album, 1994's Bewitched.
