Slender Frame (Demo) Lyrics

Your coat is hanging loosely
On your slender frame
There's many roads to lave by
But few come back againI don't believe it
I believe itTake a look around and see
What's stopping you is stopping me
One moonless night and we'll make it right
And vanish in the dark of nightPack up your things and go
Run down the road, don't take it slow
Pack up your things today and run away
Yeah, run awayYou say it's useless crying
Never got you far
You claim there's none as lonely
Lonely as you areI don't believe it
I believe itTake a look around and see
What's breaking you is breaking me
One moonless night we'll make it right
And vanish in the dark of nightPack up your things and go

Run down the road, they'll never know
Pack up your things today and run away
Yeah, run awayOne moonless night
Will vanish in the dark of nightPack up your things and go
Run down the road, don't take it slow
Pack up your things today and run awayPack up your things and go
Run down the road, don't take is slow
Pack up your things today and run away
Yeah, run awayRun away
Run away

a-ha was a Norwegian band that was globally successful from the 1980s until their split in 2010. The trio, composed of lead vocalist Morten Harket, guitarist Paul Waaktaar-Savoy and keyboardist Magne Furuholmen, formed in 1982 and left Oslo, Norway for London in order to make a career in the music business. The origin of the name a-ha comes from the lyric of an early song. After checking dictionaries in several languages, they found out that 'a-ha' was an international way of expressing recognition, with positive connotations. It was short, a-ha was easy to say and somewhat unusual.
