Snow In July Lyrics

Love was burning like the summer we were lost in one another
Holding on, holding on, we could not escape the heat
Love was dangerous but sweet and it was strongNow you're talking 'bout your freedom what is that you say
You suddenly declared to me your independence dayCaught me by surprise
Fog turning to iceWell it ain't even cold, baby
How could it snow in JulyWell, you led me to believe that you found everything you needed
In my arms, for so long I thought everything was fine
Now you're turning on a dime and moving on, moving onNow I should have brought my sweater for a chill is in the air
There's a sudden change of weather, for which I am not preparedCaught me by surprise
Fog turning to iceWell, it ain't even cold, baby
How could it snow in JulyWell, I should have brought my sweater
For a chill is in the air
There's a sudden change of weather
For which I am not preparedCaught me by surprise
Fog turning to iceWell, it ain't even cold baby
How could it snow in July

Troyal Garth Brooks (born February 7, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) is an American country music singer songwriter and charity director. Brooks was a phenomenal musical force in the 1990s. He had his chart breakthrough in 1989, having come apparently from nowhere, and was an immediate commercial success. Lacking the tall and lanky physical appearance typical of some male country stars, he successfully integrated pop and rock elements into his recordings and live performances.
