So Cool Lyrics

I'm so coolYou never call me like you promise to
That's okay
'Cause every single day I'm cool
You used to sayThat for me you'd go and get the moon
You never did
But it brought the sun and moon and stars
I'm cool, baby, I'm so coolYou promised me the world in the beginning
Though I never asked you for a thing
But all of a sudden, a whole lot of nothing
It's all that you'd ever bringI never needed cars or clothes or jewelry
Or anything else you were promising
All that I needed was to be treated
Like you cared, [Incomprehensible] for me
But you couldn't even do it soSo after everything you put me through
I just want you to know
That I've moved on and baby, I'm so cool
So cool, hey, so cool, oh yeahIt wasn't hard to find a better you
I'll be alright

No, don't you worry, baby, I'm so cool
I'm so coolI used to walk around with a [Incomprehensible]
But know he keeps me smiling every day, I'm cool
Hey, the only thing I really wanted from you
Was the only thing you'd never doLove and affection, [Incomprehensible]
So I had to quit you
'Cause you didn't even do it soSo after everything you put me through
I just want you to know
That I've moved on and baby, I'm so cool
So cool, yeah, so cool, yeahIt wasn't hard to find a better you
I'll be alright
No, don't you worry, baby, I'm so cool
I'm so coolBaby, I'm so cool
Finally done with you
On to something new
So cool, so coolBaby, I'm so cool
Finally done with you
On to something new
So cool, so coolSo after everything you put me through
I just want you to know
That I've moved on and baby, I'm so cool
So cool, so cool, soIt wasn't hard to find a better you
No, don't you worry, baby, I'm so cool
I'm so cool, I'm so cool

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE FALL-OUTS: The Fall-Outs began in the mid-eighties, with Dave Holmes on guitar, Shannon McConnell on bass, and Dino Lencioni on drums... They put out a tape on GREEN MONKEY and some singles on REGAL SELECT and ESTRUS... Shannon quit... Mudhoney’s Steve Turner said “I’ll play bass”, and they said “ok”... They put out a self-titled album on Steve’s SUPER-ELECTRO RECORDS... ESTRUS released an album of songs recorded when Shannon was in the band, called HERE I COME AND OTHER HITS.
