Some Kind of Love Lyrics

Some kind of loveSome kind of love, some kind of love
Everyone's looking for some kind of loveSome kind of love is like gold,
And that is the hardest to hold
It catches the eye of each thief passing bye
Some kind of love is like goldAnd some kind of love starts as friends,
And that kind of love never ends
It comes on so slow as a flower through snow
Some kind of love starts as friendsSome kind of love, some kind of love
Everyone's looking for some kind of love
Some kind of love, some kind of love
Everyone's looking for some kind of loveSome kind of love comes too soon,
That kind of love heals your wounds
When your wounds all are healed
And you're back on your wheels
They say, that kind of love came too soonSome kind of love tears your heart,
When you knew it was wrong from the start
But try and explain a moth to the flame
Some kind of love tears your heartRefrSome kind of love never dies,

That is the hardest to find
Through the laughter and rage it mellows with age
Some kind of love never dies

Kate Wolf (born Kathryn Louise Allen in San Francisco, California, USA) (January 27, 1942 – December 10, 1986) was an American folk singer and songwriter. Wolf didn't get her recording career going until the mid-'70s, by which time she was well into her thirties. Prior to emerging as a solo artist, she had headed the band Wildwood Flower (who backed her on her first two albums), and organized folk concerts and festivals in Northern California. Very much a self-starter, her first two albums were released on her own Owl label; thereafter, her catalog was handled by Kaleidoscope.
