Some Kind of Love Lyrics

Some say, I'm just a singer
I say, another sinnerDont blame these bloody fingers
'Cause I know, I've gotten further
Than anyone that I know now
Much better than I ever knew beforeIt's such a wonderful chemistry
It's just a wonderful thingYou better not pour me that drink
'Cause youre my favorite enemy
Build me up baby, dont break me down
(Yeah)So go ahead and pour that drink
'Cause youre the only one for me
Build me up baby
(Dont break)Some say, I dont meet the standard
To avoid a great disaster
Dont blame these worn out fingers
'Cause I know, oh, yes I knowIt's such a wonderful chemistry
It's just a wonderful thingYou better not pour me that drink
'Cause youre my favorite enemy
Build me up baby, dont break me down

(Yeah)So go ahead and pour that drink
'Cause youre the only one for me
Build me up baby
(Dont break)You dance around the obvious
Around the bush you beat to much
Dont lie to me just be straight up
Start over, start overYou dance around the obvious
Around the bush you beat to much
Dont lie to me just be straight up
Start over, start over, start overYou better not pour me that drink
'Cause youre my favorite enemy
Build me up baby, dont break me down
(Yeah)So go ahead and pour that drink
'Cause youre the only one for me
Build me up baby
(Dont break)(Ohh, ohh, ohh, ohh)
You dance around the obvious
(Ohh)
Around the bush you beat to much
(Ohh)
Dont lie to me just be straight up
(Ohh)
Start over, start over, start over
(Ohh)Start over, start over, start over
If you consider me a friend

Lorene Drive (Victorville, CA) grew up in the high desert of Southern California, in what was back then a piss-stop town on the way to Las Vegas. The band, without any thought of playing music, met each other in Junior high. Daniel and Stephen glued together first and two years later dug up Justin, the one who actually lives on Lorene Drive, from the trash heap of history. In 2002 those three – Daniel, Stephen and Justin – clicked their heels together and asked for a drummer; they found Kris on their doorstep the next morning.
