Someday, Someway Lyrics

I can't stand to see you sad
I can't bear to hear you cry
If you can't tell me what you need
All I can do is wonder whySomeday, someway, aww
Someday, someway, yeah now
Someday, someway, maybe I'll understand youAfter all you've done for me
All I really want to do
Is take the love you've brought my way
And give it all right back to youSomeday, someway, aww
Someday, someway, yeah yeah
Someday, someway, maybe I'll understand you
You've taken everything from me
I've taken everything from you
I'll love you for my whole life throughNow after all you've done for me
All I really want to do
Is take the love you've brought my way
And give it all right back to youSomeday, someway, aww
Someday, someway, yeah now

Someday, someway, maybe I'll understand youYeah, you've taken everything from me
I've taken everything from you
I'll love you for my whole life throughI can't stand to see you sad
I can't bear to hear you cry
If you can't tell me what you need
All I can do is wonder why
Someday, someway, aww
Someday, someway, yeah yeah
Someday, someway, maybe I'll understand youSomeday, someway, aww
Someday, someway, yeah yeah
Someday, someway, maybe I'll understand youSomeday, someway, ohh
Someday, someway, now now
Someday, someway, maybe I'll understand youSomeday, someway, woah woah
Someday, someway, yeah yeah

There are two Robert Gordons. 1) An American rockabilly revivalist. 2) A British techno producer. 1) Robert Gordon (b. 1947), or simply “R.G.” as his friends call him, grew up in Bethesda, M.D., a suburb of Washington D.C. Unlike many of his heroes, he had a relatively comfortable childhood. "Heartbreak Hotel" was the wake-up call for a new generation, and Gordon was no exception. Even though he was only nine years old in 1956, he still clearly remembers the impact of hearing it for the first time, and adds that it is this song that made him want to pursue a musical career.
