Someday Soon Lyrics

There's a young man that I know his age is twenty one
He came from down in southern Colorado
Just out of the service and he's looking for his fun
But someday soon I'm goin' with him someday soonMy mom and dad can't stand him 'cause he rides the rodeo
My father says that he will leave me crying
But I'd follow him right down the roughest road I know
Someday soon I'm goin' with him someday soonWhen he comes to call my pa ain't got a good word to say
Guess it's because he was just as wild in his younger days
So blow you old blue northern, blow my love to me
He's drivin' in tonight from California
He loves that darned old rodeo as much as he loves me
But someday soon goin' I'm goin' with him someday soonAnd when he comes to call my pa ain't got a good word to say
Guess it's because he was just as wild in his younger days
So blow you old blue northern, blow my love to me
He's drivin' in tonight from California
He loves that darned old rodeo as much as he loves me
But someday soon goin' I'm goin' with him someday soon
Someday soon goin' I'm goin' with him someday soon
