Someday You Will Lyrics

By michael mcdonald and bernie chiaravalleBehind us now lies a long bending road
And at this point we wonder what we need to be
All this way like a single heart
Just so you know nothings really changed for me
For so long I watched you shine your light
I know hope is hard to find right now (but)Someday you will
Someday you willIn every life the darkest days seem so long
Till the fear fades like the waning tide
The mornin' comes when the din in your head subsides
Just enough for the quiet voice inside
To point the way to the place where your strength lies
Though it might take a while to findSomeday you will...On that day you'll spread your wings and fly
Although now you may not know whySomeday you will...
