Soul Searching Lyrics

Roll the weed up nigga
Kick your feet up nigga
This is freedom nigga
No mumbo jumbo
No humble rumble
I've come from the jungle
So it's only right I share my struggle
Hope it helps you get your mind out that bubbleRoll the weed up nigga
Kick your feet up nigga
This is freedom nigga
No mumbo jumbo
No humble rumble
I've come from the jungle
So it's only right I share my struggle
Hope it helps you get your mind out that bubble
I been soul searching layin' low
And it's been so worth it, it's been so worth it
I been near the wharf lately goin' crazy

I admit I ain't been so perfect
I ain't got no time for no fuckniggas
I'm the one who fuck niggas
I've got a real short circuit
I deny the lies and scrutinize in the same rap
Niggas just don't know how to work it
I've been wavesurfin' while these niggas can't surf
Don't compare me to nigga rap out
We don't serve the same purpose
I be with the lines and the type
These monkeys in a whole different circuit
I'm puttin' on a show, tell 'em hold for the curtains
Got to pass the light flow, I be givin' out sermon
For all the non-believers, here's a little life service
I cam out the shadows with my little light surface
Roll the weed up nigga
Kick your feet up nigga
This is freedom nigga
No mumbo jumbo
No humble rumble
I've come from the jungle
So it's only right I share my struggle
Hope it helps you get your mind out that bubbleRoll the weed up nigga
Kick your feet up nigga
This is freedom nigga
No mumbo jumbo
No humble rumble
I've come from the jungle
So it's only right I share my struggle
Hope it helps you get your mind out that bubbleStand alone on my own two
What a man that I've grown to
They say patience is a virtue
I nurture all that pain that I go through
And dissin' all the rain just to show moves
I break laws, bend rules
Ten toes, I be runnin' to the check like the track meat
Not to anyone I take a back seat
I'm out front if anyone got a problem
I ain't hidin' in no back street
Then like how I feel about them other niggas shit
It's half them if you ask me
Matter of fact, there's no word for a bird nigga
Facts be, I'd rather swerve, wave surf with my Mach 3
Lazy nigga with the gat, see that
Wanna love 'em so I cut 'em like a patsy
Then I'm out the way the cash beRoll the weed up nigga
Kick your feet up nigga
This is freedom nigga
No mumbo jumbo
No humble rumble
I've come from the jungle
So it's only right I share my struggle
Hope it helps you get your mind out that bubbleRoll the weed up nigga
Kick your feet up nigga
This is freedom nigga
No mumbo jumbo
No humble rumble
I've come from the jungle
So it's only right I share my struggle
Hope it helps you get your mind out that bubble

Kyle Myricks (Born in Massillon, Ohio, United States), better know by his stage name Stalley is an American rapper. currently signed to Rick Ross's label, Maybach Music Group, who started his rap career after major injury setbacks in Basketball. Stalley shifted his focus towards music and in 2008 he teamed up with Ohio's DJ, Terry Urban to release his first mixtape titled Goin' Ape. This followed with several mixtape releases in 2009, MadStalley: The Autobiography, 2011, Lincoln Way Nights, and 2012's release, Savage Journey to the American Dream.

He left home to play Division 1 basketball in Michigan, injuring himself shortly after. That setback brought him to New York to play for Long Island University, but a second injury derailed his athletic plans and he changed his focus to music. In 2008, he connected with Ohio's own, Terry Urban on the mixtape release "Goin' Ape." He also toured as an opening act for Mos Def. His second project MadStalley: The Autobiography brought attention to his transition from small time griot to rap star. He's since worked with brands like Nike, ESPN, 10Deep and Mishka. Currently, Stalley has been working with Creative Control, the media collective associated with Dame Dash, DD172 and fellow rap artist Curren$y. His recent release titled Lincoln Way Nights (Intelligent Trunk Music), he carefully illustrates a typical night out on his popular hometown strip. He's appeared on BET's 106 and Park as a part of the Music Matters campaign and premiered his video for "SLAPP" on the countdown.
