Space to Share Lyrics

Sleeping on the steps
Waiting for the day to begin
Cause I know where youre at
But I swear one day youre coming back, my friend
I hope we meet in the end
And Ive been thinking bout
What Im gonna do with today
Cause you took the long way home
But I cant foresee me going anyplace, anyplaceMove along is all you heard
Im sure youre fine right there
But if youre bad with words
We have a space to share, a space to shareWaiting on the porch
Watching ugly children go by
Remember the broken shit we used to fix
I wish that you could write me a letter tonight
And all I wanna do is see you for a minute or twoMove along is all you heard
Im sure youre fine right there
But if youre bad with words

We have a space to share, a space to share
To share, oh yeahAnd making all the sense is everything I dont believe
I cant compete with this absence
My chest has found it hard to breathe
Since you decided to leave
And Ive been thinking bout
What Im gonna do with this day
Cause you took the long way home
And now it seems youre not even on your way, on your wayMove along is all you heard
Im sure youre fine right there
But if youre bad with words
We have a space to share, a space to share{And all I wanna do}
Move along is all you heard
{Is see you for a minute or two}
Im sure youre fine right there
Yeah, yeah, yeah
We have a space to share
And Ive been thinking bout what Im gonna do with today
