With an exceptional ear for music, DJ Taryn Manning has emerged as the club scene’s golden child. Manning has booked gigs including high profiled events such as the Rolling Stone Bacardi Event, House of Hype’s Sundance and Coachella parties, Rock The Vote Friends & Family Grammy Party, and Richard Bransons Rock The Casbah, to name a few. From swanky parties to New York Fashion Week and top premier clubs to gritty festivals, DJ Taryn Manning has worked along side some of the hottest names in the game including Diplo, Rick Rude, DJ Spider, Mia Moretti, Michael Stonerock & Ross One.Manning is continuing to show her longevity within the industry as a not only and actress and celebrity but a true musical force. Performing live in between her DJ sets is not uncommon for this front-woman. Taryn recently released her new single "Send Me Your Love" ft. Sultan + Ned Shepard, electronica's super DJ/Producer duo. Her previous single "Turn It Up" became a Billboard topper and continues to be a favorite.Always one to have multiple projects in the works, Manning is a true force with her sultry vocals as the front woman of Boomkat which parallels the saucy electronic beats on her solo tracks. She has a history with topping charts, between her 2011 solo release “Turn It Up” topping Billboard Charts and Boomkat’s “The Wreckoning” which made its debut as #1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and closed out 2003 as Billboard Magazine’s #5 Hot Dance Club Play Artist of the Year. The demand for her musicianship to accompany her acting expertise, has proven relentless. Whether it be various tracks of hers requested for soundtracks, such as the soulful single “Wastin’ My Time”, personally licensed by Eminem, featured on the 8 Mile Soundtrack or Boomkat’s remake of the Blondie song “Rip Her to Shreds” that can be heard in the opening credits of the film Mean Girls to “The Wreckoning” that was used in the opening scene of The Italian Job, and a number of solo-tracks landing on episodes of The CW’s Melrose Place and Hawaii 5-0, Taryn strives to keep her music career hand in hand with her acting career.
