Matt Tobey (of Abe Froman, Canine Sugar, Good Luck and Holiday Band) plays happy music about beautiful things on his guitar or accordion or toy piano. It honestly can only be described as "Matty Pop Chart". Whatever it is - it comes to us from plan-it-x or Friends and Relatives records. And it is as real and honest as music gets. Think Kimya Dawson with more songs about great big trees and dancing (yet equally as touching).
