Stacey Adams Lyrics

Yeah, a little somethin' for all the O.G.s out there
That put the foundation together, I was doin' this thang
Before I knew what to do with this thang right here, ya know
But just to let them know what time it is
And how we get down
Me, Kokane and Battlecat
Gone let y'all know how we do this thang here
Check this out y'll
We stay on point like Stacey Adams
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, can ya dig it?
That's real talk baby, you know what?
We stay on point like Stacey Adams
That's real talk right there baby, Stacey Adams
I'm in a 3 piece suit, lookin' too cute
Mashin' flashin', lookin' for a prostitute
Boo boo, you got that loot
I'm watchin' you, you watchin' me
It's all to the gravy 'cuz it's V.I.P

And everythang in here movin' belong to me
That component set was given to me
By a pimp buddy of mine Disco D.
He told me, Frisco E., this here gone be
The baddest pimp nigga that you ever gone see
Colder than Fillmore Slim, tilt that brim
Snoop Dogg gone sell that trick
Keep it crackin' like pistachios
Get that money and continue to mash these hoes
And when the Player's Ball roll around again
I'm guaranteed to win, you know why? 'Cuz we
We stay on point like Stacey Adams
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, yea, yea
You know why?
We stay on point like Stacey Adams
You know that's all we know how to do, Stacey Adams
Gee'd up to the feet up
Not only that but uhh, make it spectacular
Put on my black cape and look like Blackula
Smack ya up with the shit that I drop
911, call the cops, there's a bitch, snitch
Ain't that a bitch, I can't trust nobody in this son of a bitch
I get rich on the fakers who hate
Bakin' my cake and catch the Lakers at 8
On Channel 9, pop a bottle of wine
Then at 10 hit the club with my nephew Dub
11:30, talkin' dirty to this little birdy
I'm tryin' to get mine early
I can't be seen with your girly
Continue to mash these hoes
I keep it crackin' like pistachios
I get the money first with no rehearsal
Snoop D-O double G, still controversial, and ahh
We stay on point like Stacey Adams
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, feel me
You know why?
We stay on point like Stacey Adams
That's all we know how to do, Stacey Adams
Gee'd up to the feet up
We stay on point like Stacey Adams
You know, we stay on point like Stacey Adams, Stacey Adams
You know, we stay on point like Stacey Adams
We stay on point like Stacey Adams, Stacey Adams
You know, we stay on point like Stacey Adams
You know, we stay on point like Stacey Adams, Stacey Adams

Snoop Dogg has changed his name to Snoop Lion.

Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr. (born October 20, 1971 in Long Beach, California, United States), better known by his stage name Snoop Dogg, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, producer and actor. Snoop is best known as a famous MC in the West Coast hip hop scene, and for being one of producer Dr. Dre's most notable protégés. He made his rap debut in 1992 on Dre's debut album The Chronic, and then released his debut album, Doggystyle, to much critical and public acclaim. His mother nicknamed him "Snoopy" as a child, and he took the stage name Snoop Doggy Dogg when he began recording. He changed his name to Snoop Dogg in 1996 when he left his original record label, Death Row Records, and signed with No Limit Records.

He has been affiliated with the Crips, a U.S. street gang. Several of his cousins, including RBX, Nate Dogg, Daz Dillinger, and Warren G are also hip hop artists and often collaborate with Snoop. In 2000, Snoop (as "Michael J. Corleone") directed Snoop Dogg's Doggystyle, a pornographic film produced by Hustler. This film, combining hip-hop with X-rated material, was a huge success and won "Top Selling Release of the Year" at the 2002 AVN Awards. Driven by this success, Snoop directed Snoop Dogg's Hustlaz: Diary of a Pimp in 2002 (this time using the nickname "Snoop Scorsese").

As a rapper, he is perhaps best known for his “lazy drawl” — a slurred, distinctively calm, laid-back, and rhythmically-complex lyrical delivery. His lyrics have often been criticized for their glorification of misogyny, violence and gangsterism; however, he is often credited for accurately portraying street slang and attitudes.
