Standing Stone Lyrics

If your fire is burning low
If you feel like letting go
Deep in the darkness of the valley
There’s a light that shines to you
When hope is hanging from a thread
And faith has given up for dead
When you’ve got nothing to hold on to
Well just hold on to me
And I won’t let you fall
And I will build a wall for you
When the storm gets rough
There is a place you can shelter
Always in my arms you’ll find a home
I’ll be your standing stone

When the world has knocked you down
I’ll do my best to bring you round
When sadness finds you and tears blind you
I will try to make you see
And I won’t let you break
And I will take the weight for you
When the storm gets rough
There is a place you can shelter
Always in my arms you’ll find a home
I’ll be your standing stone
Through the sun
Through the rain
I won’t be moved by time a tide
Through the days
Through the years
I will stay by your side
When the storm gets rough
There is a place you can shelter
Always in my arms you’ll find a home
I’ll be your standing stone
When the storm gets rough
There is a place you can shelter
Always in my arms you’ll find a home
I’ll be your standing stone
