Start Over Again Lyrics

I find myself looking at you
A stranger I thought I knew
Harsh words came like a dart
Sharp arrows pierced my heart
Then I said some things out of spite
And so I should apologize
And now I ask you please
If you could forgive meChorus
And let's start over again
Let's start where we began
Back when time made us younger
We love much stronger
And every road led us to me and you
Rome wasn't built over night
Our love's gon' take some time
Until what we have dreamed
Is our realityChorus
Me and you

'Cause I will never deny, I love you
And no matter how I try
I miss the laughter
The happy after
Each time we come to an end
Let's start over againChorus
Where we began
Back when you held my hand as we danced in the sand
You whispered my name
And erased all my pain
I said I was sorry
You told me you loved me
Every road led us to me
Find myself looking at you
A stranger I thought I knew
